What does it mean to be a roughneck? Well, a roughneck is someone who works with oil derricks, but I’m a one, and I can’t have a job! My school’s mascot is a roughneck and I of course cheer on our team. So really there are two ways that you can be a one!

Our school has homecoming every three years, but there’s a reason for it. In World War II, it took three years for the people in war to come home. So ever since then, our school celebrates homecoming every three years!
