Nobody knows for sure who made the American Flag during the American Revolution, but this is my guess. I think George Washington and his men went to Betsy Ross’s shop to ask her to make the flag. Most people believe that she made the flag and she lived happily ever after, well… I think in the middle of making the flag British soldiers somehow captured Betsy Ross. Then Francis Hopkinson, another person who is believed to make the flag, jumped in and finished the flag from orders from General Washington. Meanwhile, Betsy kicked the British soldiers butt on the way back to the British side. Betsy Ross found her way back and told the Americans about it. So that’s my thoughts on who made the American flag. Betsy Ross made the flag, and Hopkinson made the flag.
